Who is behind Regulatory Matters?

Carol Bruni President of Regulatory Matters is considered one of the foremost experts on academic program development and regulatory compliance in Canada. She brings an extensive background with over 20 years experience in the private career college marketplace.

Carol has held senior management positions as Director of Academics and Director of Regulatory Affairs for one of the largest Private Career Colleges in Canada. She has actively participated in the Ontario Ministry's Working Groups on legislative and policy directives. Carol has served on the Ontario Deputy Minister's Private Career College Advisory Committee, as well as being on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Association of Career Colleges.

Carol holds a business degree from York University in Toronto, and a Human Resources certificate from the Ontario Society of Training and Development. Carol's professional and educational background qualifies her as a program assessor to complete the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Third-party Program Evaluation Reports.
